Eturnal Rest ("Eturnal Rest", "we", "us") is a service of Data Jockey LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1.Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us, or that appear in our business outreach lists: name, email address, phone number, and the cemetery, city, and state of a burial space.
  • Listing details you submit: information about a plot, crypt, or niche you want to list or sell.
  • Usage data from our emails and website: whether an email was opened or a link clicked (through tracking pixels and redirect links), plus standard web log data such as IP address and browser type.

2.How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and help you plan ahead.
  • To advertise and help sell a burial space you choose to advertise with us.
  • To send you service and marketing messages by email and, only with your consent, by text message.
  • To measure and improve our outreach.

3.Business contact lists

Some of our outreach goes to cemeteries, funeral homes, and other businesses using contact information gathered from public and commercial business sources. These are business-to-business messages about listing spaces on our marketplace. Every message identifies Eturnal Rest, explains why you are receiving it, and includes a clear way to opt out. If you no longer want these messages, use the opt-out link in any email or contact us at info@eturnalrest.com and we will remove you.

4.Text messaging (SMS) program

If you check the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive automated marketing and account text messages from Eturnal Rest at the number you provide.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@eturnalrest.com.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in information stays with Eturnal Rest and the messaging vendors that deliver our texts.

5.Email and your opt-out

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We honor opt-out requests within two days. To stop emails, click unsubscribe in any message or contact info@eturnalrest.com.

6.How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery, text delivery, and database hosting), under agreements that limit their use to providing those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

7.Data retention

We keep contact and listing information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept as a compliance audit trail and are not deleted while we retain your other data.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have rights under the CPRA, including access, deletion, and opt-out of sale or sharing (we do not sell). To exercise any right, contact info@eturnalrest.com.
